I couldn't watch the whole thing- tech probs, not revulsion, though that may have happened. But it was enough! There's a local t.v. station that shows a worship service where during the singing the men walk around in a circle and the women dance around, barefoot and with tambourines, in another circle. The circline goes on for ages (longer than I can stand to watch it) but the participants look so conservative. It's the strangest thing.
Like a train wreck, I couldn't look away... I had to research a little more about the organization behind this video. As it turns out it isn't worship (thank Gawd), but a clip from a concert. But still... yikes.
The really bad thing - it's a catchy little tune...gets stuck in your head like a bad dream. My favorite part was the little twirl with the hands...if that were my church I'd leave right then and there concert or worship!
I with cheese... I felt like I was watching Lawrence Welk on Jesus. That was strange... and disturbing. Did you see that when they twirled... the skirts did not show their knees? Could watch it all... I think I might be sick.

Egads.
I'm speechless.
My question: How did you find this?
It's all in the choreography.
Helps when there is a supposed Latin lover in the middle of two babes to reach people with the message of Jebus.
Ew. Feels like televangelistic Baptist to me.

One begins to understand why some Baptists are against dancing.
