not the same situation...i wouldn't presume to say "i know what you're going through," but once upon a time, in an empty house, with just a small child and on the heels of major transition, all i could think to do was breathe very deeply. and this was all i did for the day, then days, weeks...and suddenly, one day, i realized that without my TDH-type, i was breathing much deeper breaths. and it was good.
