Ministry Can be Isolating

Yeah, I know... not exactly an Einstein declaration.

But it is the thought I had today as I realized I would have loved to have been able to meet songbird, or St. Casserole or reverend mother or listing straight or LadyBurg or Pink Shoes or PPB or Preacher Mom or insert your name here:

For just even the quickest cup of coffee together.

Oh yeah, Cheesehead - damn - I knew as I rushed to put that up it was going to bite me in the ass: cheesehead, reverend mommy, Lorna, QG, sue, purechristianithink, and YOU - of course, YOU!

I'll drink coffee with you!!!
The RevGals help me with my isolation every durn day. I thank God for you and the RGBPs.

I like strong coffee if you're brewing.

For you, I would even drink coffee (shudders). Someday....

A cup of chai? Hot cocoa? The beverage is not important.

We need to have some IM or phone dates scheduled with coffee hiding in our offices...

Which is my way of saying. Me. Too.

I would drink St. Cass's coffee in a minute, or any coffee made by any of you, anywhere, anytime.
RevGal meet-up at my house?

Yup. We need a play date.

Hey, next time call me. If I can't make it to an actual coffee shop, we could at least sip one over the phone.

Oh yes PLEASE...It's very bizarre having so many special friends so very far away.
But knowing you are there does, truly, make all the difference some days.

The stinging of tears that this post brought to my eyes probably rings in my, "Me, too."

I'm late chiming in (and almost late for church, darn it!), but I so agree. Some days I don't know how I would make it without all of you. But it sure would be nice to interact in person for a change!

Ya. Me too.

We have mountains in Seattle, also ocean. And I hear they make a damn good cup of coffee somewhere around here too. Consider this your open invitation...

Amen.

PPB and I want you to come and play in February. Wednesday the 14th to be exact. Urr, Valentine's Day. OK, I guess your TDH might have an issue with that.

The 14th works for me.
