No Time for the Countdown

In just 8 more days I will go from this:

to this:

And yet the amount of work that I have to complete between now and then has got me so completely freaked out, I am not even enjoying the sweet anticipation of a week away.

If that is not sorry enough, my son now sees me and immediately waves and says, "Bah-bye."

As I told you earlier:
"Honey, we work too much."
What can we do about it? Maybe we should go post-denominational and start a church at a gym or a yarn shop.

You had to expect that...I mean, he gets suck a crowd reaction every time he says 'Bah-bye'. Sooner or later he was going to realize how easy it is to be center stage ;)

Mommy guilt hurts the worst. But hey, maybe he's just trying to show off for you. Like mz said, he's learned that it is such an attention-getter.

And I REALLY like Songbird's idea!

Yarn shop church. It's sounding better and better to me.

A WEEK away! So glad for you.

He'll be fine. You'll be fine.

Y'all? I can't knit and I'm slow at the gym. Could the church have a thrift store? I'd like that.
